These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the dinu.energy website and the Energy Report offered through it. The website is operated by Fairwind Harbor LLC (“dinu.energy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using this website, making a purchase, creating or using an account, accessing the private area, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or purchase the Energy Report.
1. Eligibility
This website and the Energy Report are intended for adults only. By using the website or purchasing the Energy Report, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. The Energy Report
The public service currently offered through dinu.energy is the Energy Report.
The Energy Report may include a recorded scan or video component, percentage-based observations related to the seven chakras and fourteen meridians, an overall energy capacity reading, a field state assessment, a downloadable PDF report, and delivery through your private area.
The Energy Report is provided as a practitioner-led spiritual and informational service based on our own remote assessment method. It is not a medical service, psychological service, mental health service, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service.
Additional service boundaries and important notices are described in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
3. Orders Are for Yourself Only
The Energy Report may only be purchased for yourself. You must place the order yourself and provide your own details.
Orders placed on behalf of another person, or using another person’s details, are not accepted.
4. No Guaranteed Outcomes
The Energy Report is spiritual and informational in nature. Any insights, observations, or impressions provided through the report are inherently subjective and may be interpreted differently by different individuals.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome, change, improvement, resolution, or result from using the website, purchasing the Energy Report, or relying on any content or communication provided through dinu.energy.
5. Payments
The Energy Report is offered as a one-time purchase. It does not create a subscription or recurring billing arrangement.
The price shown at checkout is the price payable for the Energy Report unless we clearly state otherwise.
Payment must be completed before your report is prepared and before access is granted to the private area associated with your purchase.
You agree to provide accurate billing and account information. If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, is flagged as fraudulent, or is not successfully completed, we may delay, deny, suspend, or revoke access to the report, private area, or related services.
6. Refunds
The Energy Report is a practitioner-led service prepared for the individual client. By completing payment, you agree that work on your report begins once payment is received.
Because of the nature of the service, refunds are not available after payment has been made or after the report has been delivered, except as stated below.
Delivery exception: if your Energy Report has not been delivered within 5 business days, you may request a refund at any time until the report is delivered.
If a duplicate payment, billing error, or other clear payment processing mistake occurs, we may review the matter and, where appropriate, issue a correction or refund.
7. Delivery and Timing
We usually deliver Energy Reports within 24 hours.
All Energy Reports are delivered within 5 business days.
Reports are delivered through your private area. If there is a delay, we will contact you by email with an update.
If your report has not been delivered within 5 business days, you may request a refund at any time until delivery.
8. Private Area Access
After payment, you will be required to set up access to your private area. Your private area is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other person.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend, restrict, or revoke access to the private area if we believe access is being misused, shared, compromised, or used in breach of these Terms.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the website or services for unlawful purposes
- misuse, disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, private area, servers, or related systems
- impersonate another person or provide false information
- reproduce, distribute, exploit, or misuse any reports, content, or materials in violation of these Terms
- engage in abusive, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, or inappropriate conduct toward us
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, text, graphics, layouts, reports, written materials, and service-related materials provided through dinu.energy are owned by or licensed to Fairwind Harbor LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless we expressly give written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, resell, display, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the website or any materials provided through dinu.energy.
Any report or written material provided to you is for your personal use only and does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
11. Optional Follow-Up Services
In some cases, after an Energy Report has been delivered, we may choose to make optional follow-up services available privately.
Any such follow-up service is separate from the Energy Report and may be subject to separate pricing, availability, and separate terms.
Nothing on this website obligates us to offer any follow-up service, and purchasing an Energy Report does not guarantee eligibility for any additional service.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the website, report, private area, content, availability, performance, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairwind Harbor LLC and its owner, operator, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, personal decisions, or other losses arising out of or related to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the website or the Energy Report will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.
14. Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own interpretations, choices, decisions, actions, and use of the website and the Energy Report.
You agree that any actions you take based on content, reports, observations, or communications received through dinu.energy are taken voluntarily and at your own discretion.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fairwind Harbor LLC and its owner, operator, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- your use of the website or private area
- your breach of these Terms
- your misuse of the website, account, or report
- your violation of any law or the rights of any third party
16. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services, platforms, providers, or websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, terms, or conduct of third parties.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
17. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the website, private area, or related services at any time, with or without notice, if:
- you breach these Terms
- we detect misuse, abuse, or unauthorized activity
- payment is not completed or is reversed
- continued access creates legal, operational, security, or business risk
- we decide to discontinue a service or feature
Termination does not affect any rights, obligations, disclaimers, payment terms, intellectual property protections, liability limits, or other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
18. Changes to the Website or Terms
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, private area, or these Terms at any time.
When we update these Terms, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
20. Dispute Resolution and Venue
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or the Energy Report shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fairwind Harbor LLC regarding your use of the website and the Energy Report, and they supersede any prior discussions, communications, or understandings relating to that subject matter.
